The main process of FRP sculpture includes building 3D models, carving foam models, opening molds, sculpture making, demolding, shaping, polishing and scraping, painting, painting, varnish and other processes.
1. Sculpture building 3D model: According to the renderings size or drawings provided by the customer, the designer will deepen and 3D modeling according to the requirements to make a sculpture model.
2. Sculpture carving foam model: according to the sculpture 3D model, the foam model of the sculpture is made through machine carving.
3. Sculpture mold: according to the number of FRP sculptures made according to the needs, 1-2 sculptures can be made with bubble wood models, 3-5 sculptures can be made with plaster molds, and large-scale sculpture customization needs to open FRP molds.
4. Sculpture production: after the mold is opened, the sculpture production begins, it is necessary to fill the mold with raw materials, resin + glass fiber, repeatedly brush several more layers, generally the thickness of sculpture production is 3-5 mm, and large-scale sculptures need to make skeletons in the sculpture.
5. Sculpture demolding: After the sculpture is filled, the sculpture demolding work is carried out to detach the sculpture model from the mold.

6. Sculpture shaping: After the sculpture is demolded, the sculpture model needs to be trimmed according to the renderings and design drawings.
7. Sculpture polishing and scraping: the sculpture is polished into the desired shape, and the atomic ash is scraped to shape the sculpture.
8. Sculpture spray painting: After the sculpture is formed, the sculpture needs to be primed first, and then painted.
9. Sculpture painting: After the sculpture is made, the painter needs to paint the sculpture by hand to achieve the desired effect.
10. Sculpture varnish: After the painting is dry, varnish the sculpture.
The production process of FRP sculpture mainly includes 10 aspects, many of which need to confirm with the customer for the next step, modify if not satisfied, and after the production is completed, and then package and transport after natural drying.
